James R. Adametz, M.D.,
Neurosurgery, has been with Neurological Surgery Associates
since 1989. He has been certified by the American Board of
Neurosurgeons since May 17, 1995.
Dr. Adametz has staff privileges at Arkansas Surgical Hospital
and St. Vincent Infirmary. He was voted as one of "America's Top
Surgeons" in the Guide to America's Top Surgeons. Dr. Adametz
specializes in cranial, lumbar, cervical and minimally invasive spine
surgery.
J. Zachary Mason, M.D.
, Neurosurgery, has been with the Neurological Surgery
Associates since 1983. He was certified by the American Board of
Neurosurgeons on May 17, 1989. He is Chief of Staff at Arkansas
Surgical Hospital and was Chief of Surgery at Baptist Medical Center
from 2001 to 2003. Dr. Mason also has staff privileges at St. Vincent
Infirmary.
Dr. Mason was voted by the Arkansas Times as one of the top
neurosurgeons in Arkansas 2001, 2002 and 2003. Dr. Mason specializes in
lumbar, cervical and minimally invasive spinal surgery.
Reza Shahim, M.D.
, Neurosurgery, specializes in cranial, lumbar, cervical and
minimally invasive spinal surgery. He has been certified by the
American Board of Neurosurgeons since November 11, 2004. He also has

Infirmary.
Amir Qureshi, M.D. specializes in Physical
